The application deadline for Abilene Junior Academy Preschool is rolling (Applications are reviewed as they are received year-round).

Program Details

Age: We have created a wonderful program for children between the ages 3-5 years old.

 Hours: 07:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday   |   January - December

Fees

Registration & Supply Fee - This fee is provided annually for each child upon enrollment to cover the classroom supplies, office supplies, student insurance, and yearbook. It’s non-refundable.  

• $120 per student  / Billed at time of initial registration. 

Tuition - Based on care hours

Meals: Parents are required to provide a healthy and nutritious lunch and snacks on a daily basis.

Pick-Up / Late Pick-Up Fee - Abilene Junior Academy Preschool closes promptly at 03:00pm.  Late fee is $3.00 per minute.

Payment: The payment can be made in the form of cash, check, wire transfer, credit card, or debit card. All students are billed biweekly. 50% of tuition is due on the 15th of the month, and any remaining balance is due by the 30th.

Brightwheel App: Software used for daily communication between parents and teachers.

Toilet Training: All children entering the preschool must be toiled-trained.
